The Good, The Bad, and The Deelayshuss
Here's a coffered ceiling I built from scratch (as yet un-painted) - lots of fun and even more cope cuts.

New Orleans is like my new love and like a new love, there're always tests.
Well, here's my first test...
Ate at Jacque-Imo's in NOLA. Here's their famous Alligator/Sausage Cheesecake, a fried green tomato, and crayfish something in a sauce - All To Die For. And a photo of the backdrop to the bacchanalian feast. I forgot to get a shot of the 20 yr old truck outside which hasnt moved in 10 years with the table for 2 set up in the bed of the truck. Ya gotta be funky to love N'Awlins!
